Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives faulty or doesn't meet your expectations, then we will do our best to rectify the issue with you. We will meet all of our legal obligations within the New Zealand Consumer Acts.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind once a product has been shipped - so please get in touch as soon as possible after ordering if you have changed your mind.
Our products are handmade. This means some variance in designs, colours, cuts and shapes should be anticipated. We do our best to accurately describe our products to you.
